Every revoked verification ID is listed here, with the date and the reason. A revoked ID is never deleted — its page stays public, and the badge on any site that embedded it changes by itself.

How an ID gets here
Anyone can report an ID from its own verification page. A report is read by a person, and the signer is given the chance to answer. The rules are set out in the revocation policy.
